The 45th is all time great novel for the reader of all ages. D.W. Buffa is the author of this novel. The author plots the story of the novel in a very emotional way. All the characters had serious flaws and were so human that you could feel their pain.

It is a fascinating novel that is both complex and simple in its storyline. The author has written the characters so that they truly fit the novel and the role they each play. It was realistic and relatable. The reader will root for the characters and question them and their choices and become so involved in the novel, you may be surprised where it ends.

Drake, Mr. Trump, and Julian Drake are the top characters of this novel. The 45th in the title is the 45th president of the United States who in actuality is Donald J. Trump. The story begins at the Republican national convention which is meeting to select a candidate to run against Hillary Constable, the nominated selection of the Democratic party.

Mr. Trump makes a short appearance when he talks with the man who is indicated as the kingmaker at the Republican convention. But, this is not to be. The kingmaker, who is the majority whip of the party turns to Julian Drake, a man that left politics 10 years prior to the story to raise his sister’s children. Those who like a story that is plot-driven will also enjoy it.
